Most of these homes are unfurnished. We do not process applications until you view and select the property you wish to rent. The tenant screening fee is currently $38 per adult, payable by check or money order to "Orca" when your application is submitted.
NORTHWEST KIWANIS CAMP. This beautiful site is rustic but the accommodations are comfortable and is available at reasonable prices. Situated on small but picturesque Beausite Lake in Chimicum, WA, this property is under development by the area Kiwanis Clubs to support programs for disabled children during several summer camps. The remainder of the year the camp is available to the public to rent for family reunions or seminars, etc. Just 20 minutes from Port Townsend.
