Donna Murphy Doney, Owner/Broker donna@townsendbay.net Donna Murphy Doney, with her late husband John, established Townsend Bay Property Management in 1993. Their theory has always been “integrity comes first.” A property renting for $600 per month is just as important as a property renting for $2,000 per month. Donna is an active member in NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers.)
Prior to moving to Washington in 1989, Donna worked for Leavitt Advertising Agency in New York City. She worked as the Office/Personnel Manager for 13 years. This valuable experience lent itself to a smooth transition into property management.

Christina Nelson, Broker chris@townsendbay.net Christina Nelson joined Townsend Bay Property Management in March of 1994. Her theory is that public relations with the owner and tenant are equal. Without one, you don’t have the other.
Prior to moving to Washington in 1991, Chris worked in the art department of a direct mail company in New York City. This experience of working in a very diverse industry taught her great people skills, which serve our owners and tenants well as she deals with the day-to-day issues that arise in property management.
