Do not apply before scheduling a showing with the Property Manager, each applicant over the age of 18 is required to pay a $57.00 non refundable fee to process the online application.

Incomplete applications could result in a delay or denial of tenancy.

When applying please follow these tips:

​

  • One Applicant per application 

  • Fill out ALL of the questions on the application, DO NOT LEAVE BLANKS

  • Make sure you have listed correct phone numbers for both yourself, your landlords (current & previous) and your employer

  • Sign the application, the application cannot be processed without a signature

  • Be able to provide a copy of your driver license and a secondary piece of identification

  • Include at least 2 consecutive rental references that cannot be family, if you owned provide that information

  • List ALL employment information including contact information

  • Proof of income documents may be required if you are self-employed or retired (last 2 years of tax returns), if you are a new hire a new hire letter will be required to be submitted
