Donna Doney
Designated Broker/Owner

Donna Murphy Doney, with her late husband John, established Townsend Bay Property Management in 1993.  Their theory has always been “integrity comes first.”  A property renting for $600 per month is just as important as a property renting for $2,000 per month. Donna is an active member in NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers.)

Prior to moving to Washington in 1989, Donna worked for Leavitt Advertising Agency in New York City.  She worked as the Office/Personnel Manager  for 13 years.  This valuable experience lent itself to a smooth transition into property management.

Chris Nelson
Broker/Property Manager
Accounting Manager

Christina Nelson joined Townsend Bay Property Management in March of 1994. Her theory is that public relations with the owner and tenant are equal. Without one, you don’t have the other.

Prior to moving to Washington in 1991, Chris worked in the art department of a direct mail company in New York City. This experience of working in a very diverse industry taught her great people skills, which serve our owners and tenants well as she deals with the day-to-day issues that arise in property management.

Dana Lammers
Broker/Property Manager

Dana has been in real estate since 2017, she has held her Broker license since 2022. Dana's experience stems from years of experience in the office and in Real Estate. She has passion to be thorough, knowledgeable and composed. 

Dana specializes in client and customer relations, marketing, account management, communications, and property inspections. She is a driven professional that loves hiking, biking, camping, jiu-jitsu, and everything self improvement.

Whitney is a deeply rooted local professional. She is responsible for doing all of TBPMs maintenance inspections, annual property inspections, move in and move out inspections and compliance inspections. 

Whitney is passionate, friendly, witty, funny and knowledgeable in our office procedures. She is a loving mother with an active lifestyle who is a welcoming face to all of our tenants and owners.

Susan joins our team again! Coming to you with over 20 years experience as TBPMs Administrative Assistant, Susan provides exceptional customer service with a deep knowledge base of our industry to guide tenants and owners through our rental process.
