Our screening process is simple and straight forward.

TBPM offers an online payment portal for tenants through Inosio. Here, you can pay your holding fee, security deposit, and set up recurring rent payments so you can set and forget paying your rent. Click here to sign up.
To be screened, you will need to apply. Click here to apply online. Each person over the age of 18 will need to be apply, each applicant will need to pay a $57 non-refundable online application fee.
TBPM asks that you troubleshoot your maintenance issue before calling the office to request maintenance. Click here to troubleshoot. If the issue cannot be resolved please call the office to report a maintenance request.
