Owner Statements
TBPM offers convenient access to your financial documents and property activity through our online owner portal. Owner statements are generated and availbale on the 7th of each month.

Owner proceeds are available through direct deposit or by check.

Your Property Manager will walk you through setting up your owner portal during the Management Agreement Appointment. This is a fast, secure and convenient option to access your property information as you need it, no need to wait for YOUR info.
